Joint Powers Authority Board of Directors

The ITC Joint Powers Authority (JPA) remains in existence but is not currently active. During implementation of the Phase 1 Mobility Project, the City of Inglewood has led project delivery directly with its agency partners. The JPA has been placed on hold while the City preserves and evaluates the future Phase 2 high-capacity transit program. The appropriate governance structure for future phases will be considered as those phases advance.
