The Inglewood Transit Connector Vision
The Inglewood Transit Connector (ITC) is designed to connect people. By improving travel in and around Inglewood, this investment will strengthen the fabric of our city.
Sign up for the ITC newsletter to get updates, real stories, and ways to stay involved. This is your city, and your voice matters.
For Inglewood, By Inglewood
The rephased ITC was informed by insights gained through engagement with the Inglewood community. Over the past year, the City has prioritized listening to ensure that the proposed improvements were a reflection of what residents and businesses truly need. This meant going beyond surveys and reports to create space for real conversations. The result is a plan shaped by local voices and grounded in shared priorities.

Investing in Market Street
Part of the ITC’s vision for lifting up Inglewood is making investments in Market Street through both corridor-wide improvements and targeted support for local businesses.
The City is investing in streetscape improvements, updating the General Plan and the Downtown Inglewood Transit Oriented Development Plan, and launching the Destination Market Street Façade and Tenant Improvement Program.
These investments will result in visible upgrades across Market Street, including:
- Better lighting and fixtures
- Improved walkability and ADA accessibility
- Upgrading storefronts
- Tenant improvements
